15-year-old girl disappears after leaving for school

Jonnaya Taylor was reported missing after leaving for school on Aug. 14. 

SOUTH FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — The Union City police department is searching for a 15-year-old girl who disappeared after leaving for school.

Jonnaya Taylor left for school Monday and did not return home.

She is described as a black female, 5 foot 5 inches tall, 100 pounds with dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Police said Taylor was last seen wearing a white shirt, khaki pants, black shoes, a black belt, a navy blue sweater and a black and white book bag.
